What types of additions will add the most value to your home?

Don't know how old your kitchen is but a inexpensive way would be to take off doors sand and paint cabinets and replace doors or refinish them, update appliances and if needed lay down a new floor ----- put in can lights and a new fixture over table. Just a few ideas. Cannot go wrong making the kitchen look as much as you can $$$$ great.

Very broad question. Depends on condition of your home but kitchens and baths generally add most value, assuming basic elements like roof, mechanicals, etc are in good shape.
