Our Handyman took our materials and never returned

We have had the worst experience. We had a small job to have a piece of Aluminum Handyman said he had to bend it with a machine and would be back to install. That was two weeks ago and still he has not returned. The owner promises a call back and the work to be done and still no one calls us back.
I will NEVER EVER USE THESE JERKS AGAIN!
