I forgot my password and can't seem to get a response to reset it! This happened before so I went with another company.

Something seems to be wrong with your website. When I tried to use you a second time, I couldn't complete the request since I forgot my password; same thing this time. Contact us doesn't help! What do you suggest? No phone # given.
