how long does it take for the email to be sent for a forgotten password?

I requested my password be sent to me a week ago and attempted again today. I have checked my inbox and my junk folder but no emails yet. How long does it take to get the password?

    Susan normally take like 5 minutes, try get in your junk mail or verified the email address is spell out correctly and try again, normally that is automatic service create for the server and sometimes can take only 90 seconds depend on your internet conection
