Handyman Issue July/August 2012 pg 94 Where do you get overlap butt joints with draw band connectors

I can't find the item you wrote about "Overlap Butt Joints with Draw Band Connectors" in the July/August 2012 on page 94. I have been to every building store in town and no one has heard of it.
