Project Description
Plaster is broken and falling apart from previous water damage. I'm interested in either replastering or having it all replaced with drywall, depending on cost. The house also have two-wire outlets; so I'm interested in seeing if this is a good time to have that room rewired to grounded outlets. Thanks!
