Project Description
When it rains, a small amount of the rain seems to be seeping through the bottom of the sliding glass door and gets on hardwood floor.. causing minimal damage to HWoods.. need issue with sliding glass door resolved. I have had the builder come by and he stated that it needs to be resealed / recaulked. I will let the expert assess and troubleshoot.
