We have an unfinished basement with an open ceiling. A long run of the air/heating ductwork is beginning to come loose from the beams on the ceiling (the nails holding the metal support straps have come out of the beams). This has caused at least one of the small branches of ductwork to separate. Can't use the AC or we will be cooling the basement.
