Project Description
Our front door jam has a 6-8 inch area that is rotten down on the lower right side, and the wood under the door threshold is completely rotted out. Consequently, it appears that the jam has "sprung" a bit as evidenced by bigger gap between door and jam on opposite side (lock side). Would like someone to come out and provide an estimate to repair.
