Project Description
I have a 1 bedroom coop that I need to sell and need to get it ready for sale. The apartment needs to be patched and painted, moldings fixed if needed, radiator covers replaced. I will buy new (home depot off the shelf) cabinet doors (doors only) to replace the ones currently there. A few ceramic tiles in the kitchen need replacing etc. No major renovations - just cosmetic fixes.
