Handyman

We operate a government office building on Beale in San Francisco. We are looking for ONGOING, on-call work for someone to do various office projects for us. You must have minimum 1M in insurance coverage, must be certified by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) OR be willing to apply including the $300 fee. Initially we want you to email us a proposal to install thirty (52) 3'x5' dry erase boards in private offices AND to paint one 10' H x 20' wide Sheetrock wall in our building using paint we supply. The hours you may do this work are between 8AM and 4PM M-F. Other examples of work include installing shelves, hang pictures, assemble furniture, install computer keyboard trays, possible light plumbing etc... No HVAC, electrical.
