1. replace sink faucet with new one and in the same bathroom--- 2. check out water drip when leaning against water tank 3 . adjust flushing handle in the same bathroom as it is too hard. 4. in master bath, adjust sink drain so it will stay closed and open 5. replace small stainless steel kitchen sink with a composite sink that I already have.
