Painting and Wallcovering

I have five air vents on the exterior walls of my home. The vents are covered by bird cage to prevent birds from entering the air vents. The bird covers are white color. The HOA is asking me to paint the bird covers to match the siding color. I already have the paint in the matching color. I just need someone to paint the covers using a 30-foot ladder since the vents are at the top of my two-story house.
