I just bought this house. 1) Some trim is loose above a sliding-glass door 2) Loose nails/slats on a small span of exterior fence need to be fastened. Power-wash ext fence (charge a fair price and you can seal it too) 3) Service/lube garage-door opener 4) caulk bathroom tubs
