Odd-Jobs

I have a lot of small tasks around the house I just don't have time to get to. I'd like to establish a relationship with someone that can work about 4-8 hours per week helping me start and finish projects that include replacing light fixtures, hanging ceiling fans, painting, installing baseboards etc. I'm looking for someone that will work off of my list at an hourly rate. Eventually, I will also have larger remodeling projects including two bathrooms, a laundry room and removing popcorn ceilings.
