Appliance Installation and Repair

I have a new wall A/C unit that needs to be installed but believe the drywall opening will need to be larger. It looks like the previous tenants put a smaller unit in and covered the original/larger opening. There is also decorative molding around the unit that would need to be removed and then replaced. Also, I found out my glasstop stove is only half hooked up to the electricity and therefore only half-working. So I need some electric work done on that and possibly some lights that have quit working. (i'm not sure if it's the lights that have gone bad or some other electric issue.) I would also like to install a new bathroom sink and vanity but believe it would need plumbing to be reworked in the walls and would like to discuss more with a professional to see exactly what it would entail before I go ahead with ordering.
