Remodeling and Room Additions

This project is restoring a portable office module. The following items needed: Interior: - repair walls (prefer sheet rock) - repair ceiling - replace carpet - add A/C unit - connect electrical from main building - install new light fixture and ceiling fan (I'll supply) Exterior: - new door - install faux window shutters - repair walls - paint - install deck - stain deck, window shutters (and possibly door) Bids should include labor & materials. * Will have additional projects after this is completed.
