I need licensed contractor to retrofit my foundation, making sure seismically secured and up to date foundation. Below are the detail descriptions of the job: 1) Anchor the house around the perimeter with Simpson UFP plates into the mudsill, according to standard detail bolting 4' on center. 2) Attach the floor joists to the mudsill with A35 steel brackets at all perimeter locations. 3) Supply and install 6 prefab piers with 4 X 4 wood posts and 4 X 6 wood girders. 4) Mend 4 foundation cracks with epoxy and 4" X 24" X 3/16" steel plates and four 1/2" expansion anchors.
