I need the following done at a condo I am purchasing: 1) install new garbage disposal 2) install 3 new baseboard heaters, 3) Install 3 new thermostats 4) wall mount TV above fireplace w/ hidden wiring 5) wall mount TV in bedroom prefer w/ hidden cords, but not necessary.
