Demolish existing sunroom and replace with new sunroom - 2 walls and a roof. Other walls are brick. 1 sliding door and two windows on each wall. Transom windows above doors and windows. Install electrical outlets and wiring for cieling fan. Have existing 14 x 14 cement pad with footings. Put floor insulation on cement pad.
