It is hard to project a budget. The wood around our front door, along with the wood that supports a large window above the front door has rotted. We need replacement of this wood with repainting etc. In the interior entry area, we also may need replacement of some of the hardwood floor in front of the door. We would like to have a contractor who can do both exterior and interior work and also experience with assuring that windows and doors are sealed to prevent water leakage.
