Painting and Wallcovering

The exterior trim of my stone, 1929, 1300 sq ft home needs to be repainted. There are windows with badly damaged paint, but no sign of wood rot. I am also considering the painting of a very large, 350 sq ft garage on the property. This repair is a critical step in putting my house on the market for an impending relocation. Thank you!
