Decks

We tore down an old deck, but left some of the main beams. We'd like a new deck built with the no maintenance decking material. Husband and wife willing to help, but looking for someone to get us started and/or help us finish. Max budget including supplies is $3,500. House in Oberlin, but posting won't let me save that way.
