Project Description

Seller will have all the windows- repaired so they are operable & include screens repair the electric baseboard heating so it works & replace cover on hot water heater junction box. extend, make flush and tile the disposal switch and electrical outlet located in the kitchen counter riser. Tile to match existing. plumber fix Bathroom tub faucets (both) gate valves stick making it difficult to direct water flow to and from shower heads. Seller will have the dryer vent attached & confirm that drier vent is free and clear of debris, so drier vents properly Seller will check the fireplace for the Heat damage (metal creep/warping) to fireplace metal insert. Report, solution and costs should be provided to buyer for evaluation. Seller will have the water heater cleaned & serviced by a licensed company. Seller will install Carbon monoxide detector per Colorado law, Repair/replace Fire alarm, Replace laundry room door & have east bedroom door latch replaced so door can be shut and locked.
