Report, solution and costs should be provided to buyer for evaluation. Seller will have the water heater cleaned & serviced by a licensed company. Seller will install Carbon monoxide detector per Colorado law, Repair/replace Fire alarm, Replace laundry room door & have east bedroom door latch replaced so door can be shut and locked.
