Project Description
This is a small job. I am buying a 48 inch aluminum handrail to install on the concrete wall by the basement staircase from outside. I need someone who has the right tools to do the following: 1. Drill 4 holes on the aluminum handrail and attach the 2 brackets. 2. drill 2 holes on the concrete wall and put the handrail on. This is a small job and my budget is $50.
