Drywall and Plastering

The Project Budget selected is just a guess since I have no idea what a project like this would cost and the building owner is paying for the work and asking me to get an estimate. An area of my dental office had water damage during the heavy rains back in January where the remediation company had to remove some cabinetry and open up some of the walls that were covered with wallpaper. I'll need to have the drywall sections repaired and decide how to design it so I don't have to replace all of the wallpapering again. Maybe I can just remove a little more wallpaper, create a border at that point, and paint the lower section of wall. Is this something you can do? If so, let me know your availability so I can get an estimate.
