Handyman

Our contractor backed out at the last minute due to a death in the family and we need IMMEDIATE work done on a rental house we were scheduled to put up for sale at the end of next week. Work to be done: 1) replacing drywall that was water damaged in basement area 2) replacing wood steps to front of house (4 steps) 3) building a small handrail 4) repair on eave of house (2nd story) 5) misc mall repair work.
