Interior fix ups: Door to garage won't close, replace light bulbs/smoke alarm batteries (x6) on 10' and cathedral ceiling and in garage opener, fix handle on freezer and microwave, install tiling behind gas stove, install garbage disposal, window cleaning inside/outside (one-story 11 windows and sliding glass doors), unclog drains (x 4 in master BR). Under separate project I'm looking for 1) full house clean to prep for house sale and 2) yard cleanup and landscape fixes. NOTE: BUDGET IS NOT FIRM. BUT WOULD LIKE BID AND THEN DECIDE BUDGET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
