Siding/Residing

I need to have the gutters removed from the outside of the house, have the rotted wood replaced, and then have the gutters reinstalled. I need to have this done immediately to prevent squirrels, etc. from entering my home. There is a good chance this will lead to other work as a kitchen remodel was started and the contractor never returned.
