couple of small items to complete before we list our home for sale:1) 1 arm rail on our porch for 4 stairs I believe. 2) replace big center stringer on our deck prob 10 feet long or so. old one rotted 3) replace a board under our front porch that wasps built a nest in last year, theres holes in the board. 4) one of our kitchen cabinets lost the top molding part and I cant get it to stay, I still have the piece but cant get it mounted.
