Closets and Storage

Retrofit entry closet, current closet is not a standard size for a closet. It has sliding doors that cut the space in half awkwardly. I want to have either a regular swing door, or if I can't do that a single bifold door, and put in double closet rods. One at 72" and one at 36", plus four hooks on the wall for hanging heavy bags so they need to be reinforced with wood and on the studs. Right now the closet runs 95" to the ceiling. Better would be to have it go to a standard door height of 80" and use the space up top to build a small cubby with a simple cabinet door.
