Job Description: The person in charge must be responsible of all the guests at any time; helping them with any problems they might have. Fixing any malfunction within the units Supervising the housekeepers job. Making sure every unit is perfectly clean at the moment of the check-in. Make sure the guests that made the check-out left the unit in perfect conditions, so that we can give them back the damage refund.
