1. Wardrobe organizer - I have ready made organizers from Martha Living for 2 bed rooms. These needs to be fit into my Wardrobe. 2. Garage organizer - I have a ready made organizer from IKEA. This needs to be fit inside my garage. 2. TV wall mounting with wire concealed inside wall. I will provide the wall mount. 3. A new Mail Box at the entrance needs to be Installed. 4. Install a switch dimmer in hall. 5. Fix lock on the door to garage from kitchen. An adjustment may be required to make the lock work. 6. Install 3 prong electrical outlet (total 6 numbers: 2 in hall, 2 in master, 1 in 2 other guest rooms) I would expect the handy man to make an visit and estimate the price.
