one of our apartments at the moment the bathroom walls and the bathtub have to be replaced and painted because of the water damage possibly mold caused by a leak (leak was fixed). On one of the bedrooms the wall towards the window also has to be replaced and painted because of water damage also possibly mold, also the bedroom fan has wiring hanging out which makes it hazardous and unsafe. In the kitchen one of the counter tiles is practically coming off which needs to be glued and under the kitchen sink the wood has to be replaced also because of water damage.
