Project Description
• Front porch-- Sealants missing where front porch slab meets wall of dwelling. Clean out opening and fill with “backer rod” and “polyurethane masonry sealer. Front porch front step—holes at top of brick top step. Clean out opening and fill with “backer rod” and acrylic concrete patch. • Repair/Replace. Stair step crack noted at basement area, rear wall. • Horizontal crack noted at basement left foundation wall area. • Cracked plumbing vent pipe collars noted on roof. • Second Floor Hall bathroom. Toilet loose/swivels • Master bathroom toilet loose/swivels • Second floor hall bathroom tub spout loose. • Slow draining second floor hall bathroom tub noted. • Diverter leaks noted in second floor hall bathroom/master bathroom, water comes out of tub spouts/shower heads at same time. • Repair/Replace. First floor oak staircase railing loose. Sections of the concrete outside parge coat for the foundation exhibit damage at the exterior right and left side. Parge coat should be repaired and restored. • Sealants missing at right side window of garage. Sealants missing at front left corner exterior wall area. Would like individual prices for these issues
