1. Cold water in main level bathroom sink was shut off. 2. Secure main level bathroom toilet to the floor and inspector believes the ring needs to be replaced. 3. Sump pump unlatches from the pipe in the basement when it turns on and causes water to ovwrflow. 4. The utility sink is loose and it leaks.
