I have at least 7 projects ,I can only afford one project at a time unless total price is really low ,following are the projects in order of importance ,I can get materials or the contractor can do which ever is more economical for me. 1)- room 1 (kitchen) some floor replacement in kitchen ,cabinet moved in kitchen & install linoleum. 2)- room 2 (bedroom) drywall on ceiling (frame already in place) some drywall on walls. 3)- living room (front room) repair drywall ceiling ,check and/or replace floor 4)- storage room repair ceiling 5)- check/upgrade electrical wiring/plugs/sockets 6)- outside (front) wooden hand railing needed on porch 7)- outside (front, back, side) replacement windows
