Odd-Jobs

A bunch of tasks need to be done at my house (I am decidedly NON-HANDY). Almost all are little odd-job type of things. Planning to do Time and Material Reimbursement for this list, as well as having someone to use "going forward" on that same basis. The list to start from is: new ceiling fans (living room and mstr bedroom) pantry draw fix toilet paper holder fix in master bedroom sink & tub faucet fix in mstrbdrm fence latch fix on both fence gates replace flush system in laundry room and masterbath toilets replace weather stripping on all outside doors door latch repair in basement The ideal person will take on these jobs, work with the boss (i.e., the wife) to get the right things from Home Depot or Lowes, and install them at a fair and reasonable hourly rate. Must be bonded and insured.
