1) put up a glass door for the fireplace. 2) make a pantry or closet in the kitchen 3) make a outlet for a light / outside 4) move the hanging pole up in the closet, also add 1 more short hanging pole & put up or build a small shelf inside the closet 5) paint 2 rooms for kids
