Flooring

I have an issue with my laminate flooring. I have insurance claim to replace the laminate flooring on the bottom floor of my house. There was a leak underneath the front door frame, so some of the subflooring will probably need to be replaced. Also, my floors are not completely level. But unfortunately insurance is not paying to level the flooring or fix subflooring, which needs to be done first. I need someone that is patient and willing to sit with me and discuss all my options. Money is tight, but it will be a cash deal.
