Project Description
Replace three external, Non-Structural Porch Beams. Beams are enclosed in metal casing, but were exposed to water and are damaged. The beams do not support any load other than their own weight and are supported on columns. The shorter (4 ft long) side beams extend to the porch siding and the longer outer beam (6-7 ft) is supported by columns.
