Fix vent baffles and ventilation of attic. Clean up and replace vapor barriers in crawlspace. Tune up and minor repair of roof, clean roof and gutters. Various small repair work (adjust closet doors, replace kitchen faucet, reinforce staircase railing, etc). Re-caulk around exterior windows & crawlspace vents.
