Handyman

I just moved into a new apartment with a number of issues that were not repaired. Our landlord has authorized me to find a handyman to do interior painting, filling in wall holes, minor plaster work, gate repairs, removing junk from side yard, repair lose floorboards and very minor cabinet work. I expect this to be a one or two-day job.
