Drywall and Plastering

There is a bathtub that needs to be caulked. Especially around the metal track that holds the sliding door on. It appears that water is getting under the track and running down the wall. This has caused a small piece of drywall around the tub to be "spongy". The drywall area needs to be cut out, replaced and repainted. The tub needs to be recaulked all around the fixtures, seam and under the metal track.
