Handyman

Have several little odd jobs that I need to prep my home for sale. 1 concrete step needs to be faced smooth and painted or covered with a wooden step. 1 pocket door needs to be taken out and the back wheel (one furthest to the inside of the pocket) fixed so that the door slides easily again. Need new drywall in back of kitchen sink, where plumbers over years have knocked holes and not replaced. 2 bathroom sinks need putty/prettying up (have small holes around plumbing). Need all done asap - this week if possible.
