Project Description
I have a 4 year old roof, yet I have a series of leaks in the ceiling where the water is coming in between the chimney and the roof (in that seem). No need to repair anything inside the house, just need someone to climb up on the very high roof and seal it up watertight. Not sure if it is a flashing problem, a shingle problem or just a caulking problem. I actually have the bathroom torn apart right now for renovation below the leak, so I can see where the water is coming in.
