Need a few things done, please provide breakdown of each cost as some of these my landlord is paying for... Kitchen sink replacement - We bought a new 9" high sink to replace a 6" deep high... No counter cuts needed, sink is same dimensions other then height... Some pipe adjustments needed due to height difference but the pipe from the wall does not need to be moved Bathroom exhaust fan replacement - current one doesn't turn on Master shower regrout - Shower grout is dirty and getting mildew, needs regret
