Need an estimate on the following: 1) Negative slope towards rear of home, area does not appear to drain water away from home and needs landscaping and drainage corrected 2) Roof sheathing need to be sealed with an approved roof sealant, exposed nails on shingle top caps need to be sealed 3) Primary drain for AC appears clogged, secondary has a leak at 90 please send your quotes ASAP.
