Garages and Outbuildings

I am looking to do a garage apartment above my existing garage. It will need to be demolished, have elec and plumbing, some instock cabinets, laminate counter top and appx 8 windows. I have slowly been buying supplies that I will used. My design if very simple and straight forward. It will be an open loft with the exception of a small bath room. I will still want my two bays for parking below.
