Painting and Wallcovering

I would like to hire someone to paint the interior of my mother's home. She was a heavy smoker and is in the hospital with stage 4 lung cancer. We would like to have it done before she comes home to hospice. Her entire interior needs to be painted (864 sq ft). We are on a very tight budget.
